sweet winter time..
the other night as i was up late working on a paper (ahh procrastination wins again..), i heard the sweet sound of the heater kick on for the first time this year. now, this means several things:
a. winter is inevitably on its way once again. (which this is pretty much as close as you can get to winter in texas). hallelujahhhhh!
b. my room will once again become the warmest one in the house.

i bought a new pack of socks today. i love wearing brand-new, fresh out of the bag, socks. they feel so great on my feet.
seriously, i would rather buy new socks all the time rather then ever washing them.
it feels like my feet are singing Handel’s “Messiah” right now.
